For the Salad

fresh broccoli florets
cut into bite size pieces

Real crumbled bacon bits

red onion
diced

dried craisins
cranberries

sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
or nut of your choice
For the Dressing

greek yogurt
use 1 cup if omitting the light mayo
½

light mayo

apple cider vinegar

honey
can substitute with agave or coconut sugar
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
How to make the Dressing
In a small bowl whisk together the greek yogurt, mayo, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt & pepper until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
How to make the Salad
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces
Dice red onions
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onions, dried craisins, bacon, and sunflower seeds.
Pour dressing over salad and toss gently until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
