Ingredients
For the Salad
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces
- ½ cups Real crumbled bacon bits
- ¾ cups red onion diced
- ½ cups dried craisins cranberries
- ½ cups sunflower seeds or sliced almonds or nut of your choice
For the Dressing
- ½ cups greek yogurt use 1 cup if omitting the light mayo
- ½ cup light mayo
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey can substitute with agave or coconut sugar
- salt & pepper to taste

- In a small bowl whisk together the greek yogurt, mayo, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt & pepper until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
