I have tried most diet plans out there and have found that I feel my best when I eat a low carb diet. In the past I have gone off course from my normal way of eating at parties when faced with limited healthy options just to find myself bloated or just feeling like crap.
I learned the best way to guarantee that I stick to my diet is to bring a side dish that I know is on my meal plan. That way, if there aren’t any other healthy keto or low carb options I can at least have an option and can avoid getting the “feel like crap syndrome”.
